Abstract

|
We experienced a case of primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube which is rare genital malignancy in female. Presenting signs and symptoms were similar to those of tuboovarian abscess. Initial debulking was not complete although carcinoma noted
at
frozen biopsy. Postoperative cisplatin-contained combination chemotherapy and pelvic irradiation made this 51 years old woman be alive with disease for 18 months.
We reviewed the case with literatures.
